Ken Betwa river link scheme approved

The Union Cabinet in a meeting chaired by PM Narendra Modi on Wednesday approved the important Ken Betwa river link scheme of Uttar Pradesh and Madhya Pradesh.

After the cabinet meeting, Union Minister Anurag Thakur told that the total cost of Ken Betwa Link Project is Rs 44,605 crore. Out of this, the central government will give Rs 39,317 crore.
