SSC GD exam was conducted by Staff Selection Commission. SSC GD recruitment examinations are conducted on different days and in different shifts, so the candidates who have appeared in the examination complain that their shift had tougher questions than others. In such a situation, the candidates of the shift in which easy questions came, get more marks and get selected while the candidates of other shifts get fewer marks and they are not able to qualify for the exam. To prevent disparity of marks, the process of normalization is implemented by the Staff Selection Commission.
